Privacy Policy

The short version

I collect only what you type into the forms on this site, I use it only to reply to you and to build your website, and I never sell it to anyone. If you want your information deleted, just ask and it's gone.

What I collect

When you submit the free mock-up request or contact form, I receive the information you enter — typically:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• Your town or city and type of business, if provided
• The message you write

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
• To design and send your free mock-up
• To explain your pricing options and answer questions about the build
• To build and deliver your website if you choose to proceed
• To keep a record of our correspondence

I do not add you to a mailing list, and I don't send marketing emails. If you decide not to proceed, you won't hear from me again unless you get in touch first.

What I never do

• I never sell, rent or trade your information
• I never share it with advertisers
• I never collect payment card details through this website
• I never ask for passwords or sensitive identity documents

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored securely by the platform that hosts this website and are emailed to me so I can reply. They are handled in accordance with this policy and are accessible only to me.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser at any time without affecting your ability to use this site.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to show you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email ethanhillyk@gmail.com and I'll action it promptly. If you're in Canada, these rights are protected under PIPEDA; if you're in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR.

Website clients

If you become a client, the content you send me for your website — text, photos and logos — is used solely to build your site. It remains yours. I won't reuse your material elsewhere without your permission.
